Eligibility for Partial Payments requires:
- You have paid in full for at least one of your commissions.
- Commission total has to be over $100.Totals over $200 can be paid in 3-4 installments. Totals over $100 can be paid in 2-3 installments. A sketch will be started after first installment. Finished pieces will not be sent until the full payment is received.Who can get a refund?
- IF your commission has not been started 2 months after payment
- If you could not complete payments within 12 months
- If I can no longer work on your project
- If you withdraw after piece has been started (partial refund)Please be aware I am only one person and larger refunds may take a while to get returned. Agreements will be made on user basis. If you have any concerns about your refund, message me directly.

Age Requirements

With the interest of purchasing, you must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Those under 18 will have restrictions.If you intend to get a NSFW commission or alt, you are obligated to prove you are over the age of 18. Please provide Legal ID, Be sure the Identification has your date of birth somewhere on it. It is encouraged to censor any sensitive information on the ID, so long as the DOB is visible. The only time this may be bypassed is if you are a member in my server. This all applies for art involving another persons character as well.Once you have verified your age, I will mark that you have been IDed, and do not require verification in the future.

Artwork Conditions

I have the right to turn down/refuse any work or changes at any point.
Do not share any wips publicly at any point. You may share your final piece to your personal profile with credits to my socials. Do not tag me in the image, tag me in the description. If you did not pay for the piece, do not post it to your profile.
After you have received your commission, do not resell, trace, or edit my work. Reselling means buying to sell to another person, this does not include selling a characters rights.My art should not be traced at any stage.I have the right to post your commission to any or all of my socials. Your commission will remain anonymous unless stated otherwise. Please let me know beforehand if you do not want it posted or if you would like tagged.Message me beforehand about queue times or view my estimates here. If you have any questions regarding your commission, message me directly. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Concerns it isn't being worked on
- Concerns it has not been started
- Concerns it will not be finished in the estimated timeframe
- Concerns regarding my queue countAny serious concerns should be brought to me directly. I will message you when I will start your commission, usually 1-2 weeks ahead of time. This number is an estimate and I cannot guarantee I start at that time. I work part-time, foster, and have responsibilities at home that may prevent me from getting to commissions on time.
It is my responsibility to finish your commission.Please refrain from bombarding me with messages. I don't mind occasional messages for updates but please limit asking. I will send updates as I can. As much as I appreciate a positive relationship with my clients, I cannot get to every message.
